The Strike-A-Thon is BACK!And its new and improved! The theme this year instead of numbers of strikes in one hour, is to focus on strength and technique over number of strikes. Kickbox for one hour straight, NO STOPPING! Lets show those bystanders our skills! Also enjoy prizes, and gifts for participating this year. This means you do not need a counter, you just need a bag holder. Be sure you bring someone with you that is tough enough to hold the bag for you for an entire hour, you badasses! Bring your spouse, friend, regular kickboxing buddy if you have a bagholder in mind and said holder just happens to be male, that is just fine. We are welcoming men into the gym for this day (but not the changeroom ).Even better news for all you #sassclassbadass 60 Day Challengers participating in the Strike-A-Thon counts for TWO classes!Sign up at the gym by doing the following:Choose a heat write your name on the sheet (instructors know where pens are)Heat Sign up Sheets are on the mirror wall in the gymFill out Registration form at the desk VERY IMPORTANT! This is how your profile is generated.Take a paper sponsorship form as well, for those sponsors of yours that want to sponsor you by cash or cheque.Once you have filled out the registration form, you will receive an email from Roxy with the link to your personal sponsorship page.
