The Strike-A-Thon is BACK!And its new and improved! The theme this year instead of numbers of strikes in one hour, is to focus on strength and technique over number of strikes. Kickbox for one hour straight, NO STOPPING! Lets show those bystanders our skills! Also enjoy prizes, and gifts for participating this year. This means you do not need a counter, you just need a bag holder. Be sure you bring someone with you that is tough enough to hold the bag for you for an entire hour, you badasses!
